Processing & Shipping Overview

All orders are handled on a piece-by-piece basis.
That means some items are already in stock and ready to go, while others are produced or prepared per order.

Because of this, shipping times vary depending on the item you buy.

In-Stock Items

If your item is marked in stock, we typically ship within 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

You’ll receive tracking once your package is scanned by the carrier.

Pre-Orders / Piece-by-Piece Items

Some drops are sold as pre-orders or piece-by-piece releases.
This means the item is not fully stocked at checkout and is being produced or finalized for your order.

For these items, please allow at least 3–5 weeks for your order to ship.

Important:

• 3–5 weeks is the minimum estimate.

• Some pieces may take longer depending on production and demand.

• We’ll keep you updated if anything shifts.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
No international shipping yet.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, tracking will be emailed/texted to you.

Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and your location. H2BU is not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, H2BU is not liable for loss or theft.
If this happens, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll try to help where we can.
