H2BU Refund & Return Policy

At H2BU / HATETOBEYOU, we move with intention. Please read this policy before purchasing.


All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns for money back, chargebacks, or store credit.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.


Size Exchanges (If Available)

We only offer size exchanges and only if we have the replacement size in stock.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us first by emailing h2busterling@gmail.com or messaging a team member.

  2. We’ll confirm whether your size is available.

  3. If approved, you must send the item back before we ship the replacement.


Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn (no signs of wear)

  • Unwashed

  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

  • With original tags/packaging intact

When we receive your item, we’ll inspect it.
If it passes inspection, we ship your replacement size.

If it doesn’t pass inspection (worn, washed, damaged), we’ll send it back to you and the exchange is denied.


Exchange Time Window

  • You must contact us about an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, you must ship your item back within 7 days.

If you miss these windows, we can’t guarantee an exchange.


Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customer covers return shipping.

  • We cover shipping for the replacement item one time only.

  • Only one exchange per order unless we approve otherwise.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages—please use tracked shipping.


Wrong Item / Damaged Item

If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right.
